Picking Wildflowers code sheet for lyrics and music arrangememts

I'm starting a band and came up with a "Code Sheet" to help myself remember and arrange the songs. I simply title the song....add the key to play it in....and then add the key words to verses and the chorus.

I can place 4 to 6 of these on two standard 8" X 11" sheets of paper....side by side. This allows me to have them on a music stand....go from song to song quickly without having to stop and turn pages.

The easiest way to do this is to print out the lyrics....highlight the key words....mark your intros...riffs, etc and set it up on Office Word to print out.

This method helps me learn new songs and get the lyrics and arrangements down tight. Reading the key words from the Code Sheet makes it easier to remember the lyrics.

This also makes it much easier for other band members to practice new songs.
